At Dragonfly Document Services, we offer our Permitting Services for the Contractor or Owner/Builder.  Including filing of the Notice of Commencement, Completing the Permit Application, providing Contractor Sketches, Providing the appropriate Florida Product Approval Codes and Instructions, as required for the permitting process.  

We also can provide Site Plan with Set Backs and Engineering Reports needed to complete the permit process.

Permitting Services start at $500 and increase based on the size of the project and the trade services required.

Our  Administrative Services provide the under-staffed with professional written Quotes (with your logo), Deposit Invoicing, Progress Invoicing and Final Invoicing.  We also provide a place for your customers to contact you regarding their project.  It is like having office staff without all the hype of having an office.

We can handle your phone calls, customer service inquires, etc. with a simple phone call or email.

We are established to collect payments on behalf of your customers.  No need to chase the money.  We collect it for you and will deposit the funds into your bank account via Zelle; once the payment has cleared our financial institution.

We accept payments via Apple Pay, CashApp, PayPal, Zelle, Debit Card, Credit Card, ACH and Check or Money Order.

All Processing Fees are passed along to the customer via Stripe Merchant Processing Services and my CRM, Tradify.
